I have pain in my big toe feels like a thorn in the eye, but not me. What is it? I walk barefoot, but all smooth surfaces.

Are you a candidate for gout? Often the pain is like splinters on or near the joint of the toe.
..... ummmmmmm maybe a flash? Take a look at it?
Sometimes you can be a little spicy, but the impression that you, not all of the big toe, or perhaps find something and drag it to know, gently reminded, very small, so u wont see it! Or just on a rock or something.
