Will a Zalman 9500a fit on the Asus P5KPL-CM motherboard? - zalman am

Currently I am using the Intel stock on my CPU fan. My plan is to move to another fan since I was easily overclocked processor (Intel Core 2 Duo E8200) 2.66 GHz to 3.0 GHz, which is increasing the FSB from 1333 to 1500MHz. I use the motherboard ASUS P5KPL CM, so I wonder if the 9500th Zalman fan, fits in my motherboard.
