I love this marinade: Simple Delish '!
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic Mariande about 3-4 hours (or more, depending on how hard you a taste of it).

I also recently tried chicken in tequila, lime and lemon juice, honey and garlic marinade was also a good taste!

Just eyeball, when the revenue can taste and marinate for as long as you want. It all depends on how you like your taste buds!

Spicy Cajun grilled shrimp, fish, pork or chicken

1 / 3 cup soy sauce or teriyaki marinade Kikoman
½ cup olive oil
1 to 5 tablespoons Cajun spice mix () without salt, depending on how you like it hot
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh ginger
2 tablespoons dry mustard tea
2 teaspoons Tabasco
32 large raw shrimp, fresh (not a deposit with or without a tail, and paste)
Bamboo skewers (1 for about 5 shrimp)

Add the shrimp to marinate for 20-30 minutes. Soak skewers in water. When the shrimp is ready put on skewers and grill over high heat about 2 minutes per side.

This is an excellent marinade for fish and chicken, you can cook whole and omit the skewers and grill or make kabobs.
